I am a junior designer. For the past few years, I’ve been studying every aspect of the art known as Graphic and Web design. During this time I’ve learned to maintain a professional attitude and deal with clients of all types. Whether the job is big or small, I tackle it with utmost seriousness and learn any skill necessary.
Graphic design is a fundamental part of any company’s corporate identity. In the age of the Internet, web design is increasingly more important as businesses around the world rely on the power of websites and social media to spread their name. Those who neglect these tools will invariably fall behind the competition.
What I do
I create artwork intended for print such as newsletters, company logos, business cards, brochures, promotional cards and so on. I also do junior-level design and coding for websites, whether it’s from scratch or based on templates such as HTML5 Boilerplate and Bootstrap. My experience includes working with Adobe software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver. During my studies at John Abbott College, I participated in a special event for second-year students known as the Trade Fair.
