Peace Studies: humble beginnings

Here is a visual road map of the design process used to create the peace studies logo

1. → This shows my initial bird & book sketch with pencil in my notebook which I then transferred to Adobe Illustrator for a digital sketch.

2. → Here are some variations of the logo in illustrator. I tried different foregrounds and backgrounds as well as played with the colors of the elements themselves to get the right one.

Voilà → The finished product! This option was chosen for its clear, crisp design and simple color palette.
