Even though I knew what I wanted going in, I had a limited budget at the time. When I went to the retailer near my apartment, I found that the staff was very friendly and cooperative. They gave me the right mattress at an incredibly low rate and they did not input any extra delivery fees/ hidden fees or try to redirect my interest to another model that would have cost a lot more than I had at the time (something that I find other mattress retailers seem to do frequently)
