About Me

Welcome to my online portfolio. I’m a Graphic and Web designer based in Montreal with a good set of skills for print and web. What I aspire to be is a concept artist for the gaming industry and the film industry. I enjoy mostly the creative and stylized works over business professional but that won’t stop me from working with bigger companies.

In school I was always a doodler or designing characters and making sports team logos so when I started thinking about what I wanted to do when I was older I always said I wanted to be an artist. I tried the Fine Arts program at John Abbott and it wasn’t for me the whole structured curriculum and forcing you to draw or pain in other peoples’ styles. That wasn’t for me but I ended up getting into the Graphic and Web Design program and John Abbott and that’s where I got a sense of what I wanted to do in life. I never stopped drawing at and I was introduced to digital drawing and painting. Then I got inspired by many digital artists and started doing some digital paintings myself. The way I see my work is that I still need time to refine my skills but I’m confident in my ability that I will do well in the industry. My skills are more in the graphic arts more than web. My interests also go towards logos, posters and other print work.

Print work

magazine

This project I had to make a recreate a cover for a magazine using their webkit using their specs and information to make the cover as they demand. The magazine I chose was Men’s Health because I’m familiar with the magazine and I enjoy their look and content.

Print work

front and back cover for a ice cream menu

This project I was tasked to make a menu for an ice cream shop. I thought it would be a unique way to make a menu buy making it look like an ice cream truck to sit on the tables. the fonts and colors were the same for the business card to make it have a consistent look and to keep the vintage design to it.

Print work

business card

For this card I was inspired by a half and half ice cream like something eye catching. In this project was going for a 50s style logo and design to make it feel old fashion yet timeless. The colors I used were pastel color to emulate ice cream.

Print work

text editor

For this project I had to make a logo for a café. I wanted to go for a minimalist look without having to use the words café or coffee in it so I thought of an espresso cup to make it noticeably a café with the logo demonstrating that.
