The idea started in the Halliday kitchen. TIm’s a helluvah cook and the family ate like royals every night. After years of collecting diverse recipes and perfecting post-workout comfort food, the Hallliday’s decided it was time to open up a business and name it after their favourite two ingredients; Lime & Coriander.
Friends always asked Tim’s kids if their father could cook them all lunches as well. Their wish is now granted. What started out as comfort food for his student-athlete kids, ended up becoming a sensation with the larger student body located around St-Catherine street.
