I have been in the program Graphic and Web Design at John Abbott college since 2017. I am a second year student in my third session and I absolutely love what I am currently doing. All my programs are enjoyable and interesting but I'd have to say my photography and photoshop classes are my favourite classes. Don't get me wrong I enjoy Web Design very much but it's definetly one of the most challenging ones along with Publication Design.
After completing my three years of Graphic and Web Design at John Abbott college I would like to proceed to university and do side work for clients. I am not sure excactly what category I want to go in yet because the spectrum in Graphic Design is so large although I am testing many different aspects.

This program involves coding and design knowledge for the web. A designer will focus specifically on the look, layout, and the features.

Branding is about giving the company a voice and an identity: designing the logo, business cards, product or website.

This is an other way of presenting design, it will be displayed on paper rather than digitatlly wether it is on posters, pamphlets, DVDs.

Illustrating is mostly about commmunicating with the public through visual observation as oppposed to using text only. It is used for media, posters, logos, video games.
