"Jennifer" - Graphite Portrait

• Mediums used: Graphite on Bristol paper, Photoshop for touch-ups

The basis of this portrait is Emily Hampshire’s character on Sci Fi’s “12 Monkeys”, the mad Jennifer Goines.

One of my focuses with this particular piece was in capturing the somewhat deranged, frantic energy of the character, while retaining familiarity in the character’s features.
