Easy as Pie was established back in 1994 right by Seattle by John Darrena and his brother Patrick in hopes of offering the people of their neighborhood an oasis. Since the original opening, we have continued this focus to being a gourmet pie shop that serves amazing coffee and offers a warm atmosphere.
