Our Story

Leonard's Layers was founded and currently run by Leonard Bloom. Being passionate about the art of baking he decided to hone his baking skills until one day, he decided to open Leonard's Layers. Our bakeshop is known for our famous succulent wedding cakes. But being the great man that he is Leonard has decided to widen our variety of products. From now on we will also be making and serving a big variety of cupcakes.But wait there's more, we now also make custom cakes for any occasion in your life in store or online in our website.

Leonard's Layers is an ingredient-driven bakery relying on premium, fresh, and seasonal ingredients, and we want that to be obvious! We believe that scratch-made is always better, so everything from our salted caramel sauce, to our chocolate sauce, to our frosting, are all made in-house.
