Graphic Designer
I am an Armenian and Filipino graphic and web designer born and raised in Montreal, Canada. I am in the GWD program at John Abbott College.
Throughout the program, I have been working with various Adobe programs. I have a vast knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
Currently, I have been working on personal projects, and designs for clients throughout most of the pandemic. I wanted to use my time to enhance, and test my skills and abilities. I have made various logos and other branding designs for clients that I have received from social media, and have been promoting my Instagram account sharing numerous personal designs.
One of my biggest projects has been for raising awareness for Armenians in the Artsakh conflict, as I have made over 20 designs for tees, hoodies, and crewnecks. I felt that this was a great opportunity to display my skills, and I really enjoyed my time making those designs.
I have a great interest in logos, banners, and other branding designs, including photography, and animation. Nothing brings me more pleasure than making something out of nothing. I find the whole process of designing enjoyable, I will most definitely have an idea for a design. I always had a passion for designing and expressing my creativity since I was a kid. I would always draw in my free time when I was younger and art class was one of my favorite classes. I have always wanted to display my unique style and designs and leave a mark in the world.
I love to listen to music as I work, as I feel like it sets me in a calming mood where I can truly focus. Music is one of the biggest sources of inspiration for me. I’m focused on developing modern, functional, and unique designs for just about anything
Outside of designing, you’ll most likely find me at the gym, hanging out with friends and family, or going out to grab a quick bite of some of the diverse Montreal flavors.
