Keyboard Shortcuts, How to save 2 seconds

Keyboard shortcuts are very simple to use but sometimes the easiest ones to use and the most forgotten ones. The Copy and Paste shortcut can surprisingly be one of these forgotten shortcuts. You can save around 2 seconds by copying text from an earlier document instead of manually clicking copy and then paste with the mouse. These two seconds to use a keyboard shortcut don’t seem like a lot but it can add up after a week long project and help you shave off time.

What You Need to Know About Photo Editing

The Utility of Keyboard Commands

Starting the Graphic and Web program there was a lot of commands to learn in order to save time. Instead of having to manually do it. For example, file>export and then clicking several options. Commands helped me with exporting numerous of my projects and helped me save loads of time. Just like any other commands like command P, in order to place certain files and pictures into the new document you would be currently working on.

Photoshop Brush tool Efficiency

When I had started off as a Graphic and Web designer, in my first year and the begging of second semester. I wasn’t using the parenthesis shortcut and that had made my life much more difficult. It also used to add a good five minutes of wasted time. Whenever I use to make a brush bigger in Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design or smaller I would always do it manually.

Fast Tagging in Dreamweaver

How many times have you typed out something in Dreamweaver, and later realize that you forgot to wrap it in a tag? When coding, there is a lot to do, and with no time to waste, it’s frustrating to type the tag around your text. Even with the option to select the text and insert a tag, if you need one that is hard to find in the insert panel you are just wasting time. Instead, try using the Quick Tag Editor next time.

Using Lightroom to Edit Raw Files

Picture editing can be quite tedious, with so many things to worry about such as colour cast, or hyper exposure… So here are some tips!

First you take your pictures, preferably raw, since jpeg formats lack the elaborate detail involved in creating seamless edits. Then, you could choose to edit it in the popular app photoshop, or you could go with Lightroom. Lightroom is an adobe program specifically designed for photography.
